  • An art collection philosophy gives your collection a cohesive vision. It can centre around certain themes or aesthetic coherence but ultimately, it reflects who you are. An art collection philosophy is at the core of acquiring art for intellectual engagement and social connection rather than purely for financial investment.

  • Collaborative, honest, and straightforward. We're here to guide the process, bring ideas to the table, and keep things moving.

  • Being artist-led is important to us. With one of our founders being an artist, having worked in conservation, and curation, we know what makes “good” art from multiple angles. we bring a unique set of skills and significant knowledge to our clients. Understanding technicalities of what makes ‘good art’ is key to our process. our curatorial expertise combined with conservation skills, means that we can help you place work in your home with the ideal conditions to know how to make it last. We know what questions to ask the artists before we even select them and all of our catalogue artists are selected from a trusted community of verified professionals who actively participate in the art world, in exhibitions, and in the growth of their studio. Artists know their work and their materials best. Any other consultant who sells art may have some knowledge but we provide intimate and in depth details about the works and artists that you can buy from.

  • We operate with full transparency and put artists at the centre of every transaction. Collectors buy directly from artists at clear prices, with commission added transparently, not taken from the artist’s fee, and at a lower rate than industry standard. Artists receive their full asking price and never pay for exposure. We prioritise long-term relationships over rapid sales, giving collectors the opportunity to become meaningful early supporters while building collections rooted in understanding, integrity, and sustainable value.

  • We work with a wide international network of living artists across disciplines, selected through alignment, not exclusivity or commission structures. Unlike traditional galleries that represent a fixed roster and are driven to sell from it, our recommendations begin with you. We are not limited to artists “on our books.” Whether within our existing network or beyond it, we seek out artists whose work genuinely resonates with your collection philosophy, not the other way around.

  • We specialise in living, often emerging artists because this is where collectors can have the most meaningful impact. Supporting an artist early in their career is similar to early-stage investment: there is naturally more risk, but also greater potential for long-term reward. Early acquisitions can directly influence an artist’s trajectory: funding production, exhibitions, and visibility at pivotal moments. It also allows you to build a genuine relationship with the artist and engage with the contemporary context in real time.

This does not mean a collection cannot include historical or blue-chip works - many collectors choose to balance both. Our expertise, however, lies in identifying and supporting living artists, giving you the option to scale that focus up or down as your collection evolves.

  • That’s completely fine.

This service is as much about learning and understanding as it is about purchasing. Many clients value the process itself and return when they’re ready. We don’t push sales because our business model does not rely on commission from art sales. We’re here to provide human guidance and support in your art collection journey whether that means you buy right away or in years to come.
